2. Are your perfumes long-lasting?

Yes. Our perfumes are crafted with high-quality ingredients to ensure strong projection and long-lasting performance.

3. Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver nationwide. Currently, international shipping is not available.

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after confirmation. Delivery takes 3–4 working days.

5. What are the shipping charges?

• Rs. 250 nationwide
• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,500

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and other secure payment options available at checkout.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellation is allowed before the order is shipped.

8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unopened products in original packaging.

Used or opened perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

You must report the issue within 24 hours with clear pictures and an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

10. How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 3–4 working days via the original payment method.
