Order Confirmation

  • After placing your order, our team will contact you via call, SMS, or email for confirmation.
  • Orders are processed only after confirmation.
  • If we cannot confirm your order, it may be cancelled automatically.

 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Scheduled holidays are not included in processing time.

Every perfume is packed carefully to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery takes maximum 3–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery may take slightly longer in remote areas.
  • Working days do not include Sundays or official public holidays.

We use trusted courier services to deliver across Pakistan.

 Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charge is Rs. 250 nationwide.
  • We offer FREE Shipping on orders above Rs. 5,500.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly shown at checkout before payment.

 Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver all over Pakistan.
  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

 Possible Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service issues

  • Public holidays
  • National emergencies
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

EdenAura is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

 Address Responsibility

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.

 Parcel Checking at Delivery

  • Please check your parcel at the time of delivery.
  • If the package appears damaged or opened, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Any delivery-related issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
