At Eden Aura, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing premium quality perfumes for men and women. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Policy – 7 Days

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must not be damaged, broken, opened, or tampered with
  • The packaging must be in its original shape
  • All tags, seals, and wrapping must remain intact
  • The product must not be torn or altered in any way

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of perfumes that have been used, sprayed, or opened.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

You must provide:

  • Clear pictures of the product
  • A clear unboxing video showing the issue

If you fail to inform us within 24 hours with proper proof (pictures and video), we will not be able to process the claim.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or sprayed
  • Original packaging is damaged or missing
  • Tags or seals are removed
  • Return request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage claim is reported after 24 hours of receiving the order

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned parcel:

  • Our team will inspect the product
  • If approved, your refund will be processed
  • The refund amount will be transferred within 3–4 working days

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during purchase (bank transfer, digital wallet, etc.).

Please note:

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our mistake).
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
